Unfortunately a few days ago one of my faces broke, which I painted years ago. Though it was distressing and sad for I was in the middle of creating stained glass. I decided to start anew and challenge myself to paint a new face. It's years ago I painted faces, I think it's one of the most challenging projects for making stained glass. So many layers on a piece of glass to create depth and a story, a soul. I felt quite uneased before placing my brush on the glass, can I still do it? Let's give it a try and see what will happen. And when she is ready, ill start creating a story of stained pieces around her, to bring her alive.
Anyone else who works on something challenging? Or had to start over because something didn't plan out?
