Blossom

An intuitively hand-engraved and painted stained glass art piece. Created for a good friend of mine, I  have known all my life.

Story behind the work

I had this beautiful pink agate in my studio and every time I looked at it I saw her. Around this piece, I started placing colors that symbolize her passion (red), creativity (orange), Healing (blue), courage ( yellow)  and growth (green). And the little pearl ( white) underneath stands for her beauty inside and outside.  When I look at the glass art piece altogether, it represents a heart or a seed, that blossoms intensely despite some hardships.
